For more than 50 years, our company has been serving the City of Calgary and surrounding area.
We have a diverse background in various types of projects including schools, office buildings, warehouses, apartments, industrial facilities, hotels, government infrastructure projects and complete building construction.
In 1958, brothers Ronald and Alfred Barkauskas started Bayker Construction Ltd and with its many hundreds of jobs in our history, this family buisiness is more than 20 years in its second generation, now helmed by siblings Daniel and Karen Barkauskas, with Ronald still an integral part of the design team.
Throughout the years, our services had included general contracting, project management and smaller elements of design. In 1993, we expanded to include design build services. Our design portfolio has included custom homes, light industrial warehousing, guestroom and amenity additions to various hotels. The projects have ranged from a few thousand to several million dollars in value.
We can provide a Design Build solution for your project and/or provide contracting services to meet any of your needs.
